Our Story
For nearly six decades, Pardee Hospital has served the health care needs of the residents of Henderson County and the surrounding areas.
In June of 2011, we joined the UNC Health Care family. While UNC Health Care has not purchased Pardee, we have committed to a 10 year management partnership. This affiliation has made Pardee clinically and financially stronger. UNC Health Care is a world-class academic health care organization and our relationship with them provides Pardee with tremendous resources.
We want our community to know that when they entrust us with their health care, they are receiving it from the same skilled team of knowledgeable, compassionate providers that have always been at Pardee, but with the expertise, knowledge and resources that comes from partnering with one of the highest-rated health care providers in the United States. This partnership is so significant that we have added it to our name.
